Just a heads-up..the agenda has made changes from years past..private consultants are not on the program until the end, in a panel for Q&A. I emailed back and forth with Dr. Masser and he stated he thought the conference would be better directed and organized if agency people were the speakers, primarily because of technology such as power point. Seems his main concern is that conference goers have something tangible in their hands to take home, and agency people are very good at that.
