According to Lusk , THE Pond Boss, you need to start culling a year after stocking. Yeah, I would cull the smaller bass before they over eat their food supply.
As a religious follower of Lusk my belief is to keep culling. My brain tells me everything looks healthy, but I know by the time the fish start looking stunted again it will be too late.
