I am happy to see another trout guy!! Unfortunately I have no experience with the waterfall concept and I don't know how much it would increase DO levels. I agree with Anthropic, if you are in Miss, temps ARE going to kill them. If you are in NY you will most likely be battling temps as well, but might have a fighting chance.
