Thank you guys for the response that is exactly what that is. I was wondering what the little black egg looking things were on it all summer. Should I be worried about it? I have noticed a the deeper water showing signs of tall stems with yellow flowers in a few areas of the pond. Just don't want it to get overgrown with it. Thanks again
