McDonald's corporate headquarters in Chicago area has a resort of sorts. It has been many years since I stayed there, but if I recall correctly, the lodge was built against the lake (one side of wall is a conference room and other side is water). It seems like you could go out on a balcony overhanging the lake. There were lots of good size trees around. I remember walking across a bridge to an island and then across another bridge to hamburger university (there really is one - where they develop new selections). It was a neat experience and a little bit of sanity within all that humanity called a city. ;-)

I'd say if they can make those enclosed see through tunnels safe enough for lawsuit happy tourists to walk through tons of water and sharks, they can surely make a water tight wall for a fishing pond. Price might be a little wicked though...
