Have you collected any and put it in a jar to see what happens? Does it die and settle to the bottom? I don�t know what it is, but maybe some one at your closest Mizzou extension or something can help. If not, they may be interested in it or point you in a direction.
In this case, where info was provided that had toxic health issues listed as possible effects of being in contact, I think you are better off verifying your species through a paid pro or an academic establishment.
