Dave/Bill, The wetland overflows into the tank and this year showed us the excess potential. Since the wetland is 2+ac and only has a 80x40x4ft deepend, do you think we should make a larger portion deeper? Our dozer guy really likes the topsoil and proximity to his yard. so it may be really cheap to expand. The consideration is that in drier years a shallow wetland will fill the primary BOW faster. Altogether, the tank overflowed for nearly 2 months in just the last 5 months. Plan for feast or famine...both will happen!
The fish truck is coming to the local feed store next Thursday so I will get FH and BG from them. Cheaper and easier than a hour drive to Arms!
