I had the same type of experience yesterday. I have an aluminum boat pulled up on the bank. I sat down on it and a large snake came out from under it and over my foot. Every gland in my body was barfing adrenalin. I thought of Ed and the copper headed rattle mocassin.
I am another that has been lying to myself about not being scared of snakes.
