i am planning on stocking my new pond in the next two weeks just as recommended by the book raising trophy bass.native bluegill,redears,and flatheads now then once they spawn in spring i will bring in the predator fish.my pond is a rectangle shaped pond which is 245 feet long and is 94 feet wide.the average depth of my pond is 9 feet deep.but i have no idea what this would measure per surface acre.can someone please help.would this pond be closer to 1/2 acres or closer to an acre.thanks for any guidance in this area.
