At .3 acres, I would skip both bass and bluegills. Both are spawning machines that will, sooner or later produce too many fish for the pond to support. The fouled waster leads to an O2 crash and resulting die off. As Bill Cody says, fish live in their own toilet. I would go with hybrid bluegills and hybrid stripers.
BTW, been there, done that on a pond that size on my place. The result wasn�t pretty.
