ewest Moderator Hall of Fame 2014 Lunker E Joined: Mar 2005 Posts: 22,037 Likes: 483 Miss.	The deeper the better. HSB are cold tolerant but they have to have water with good DO during ice-over. It would be best if you keep it open with aeration as long as possible during winter.
