Nice scarecrows, much nicer than the "ONE" I built out of two by fours with a shirt and ball cap. Mine did not seen to work much as it was placed on the shoreline. The boat idea most likely worked better but a boat full of rain water is a pain to keep a float and would have to be emptied many times during this time of year. But still, when lead poisoning can not be used, hay, it's better than the darn birds I think! And I think your scarecrows are an art and you have a good place to show off your work!
