If you have been hand feeding your fish you will get a kick out of this story. Every evening when I walk out to the pond you can see the fish on the surface swimming towards me�It�s chow time, if I keep walking around the pond the fish just keep following me like little pups. Here comes the joke�. we had a cook out yesterday for a bunch of friends and after dinner and a few drinks I told them how I trained my fish to come to me when I whistle� just like my dog. They all decided that I finally lost my mind and whistling for fish is imposable�got-em hook line and sinker. We all walk out to the pond, 50� from the pond I start whistling (my dog is freaking out) here they come right on cue, we stop and watch them and than I start walking around the pond all the time whistling, now I have 100s of fish and six what I thought were intelligent people following me in amazement, I get half way around the pond and look back at the house and my wife, sister and brother in law are rolling on the ground laughing there butts off. Pay backs are hell!

That is hilarious!! Everyone loves a good practical joke now and then. I wish my fish were hand fed so I could use the old whistle trick.

Great trick! I am having a family gathering with and expected 100 of so in attendance. I am hand feeding mine and I can't wait to try this out on some relatives in 3 weeks!! Only thing is,, I couldn't whistle if my life depended on it. Guess I will by a dog whistle and watch their expressions when I walk down to the pond!!

that is funny. reminds me of that joke...i'm horrible with jokes...but it has to do with a guy fishing along a lakeside, and in his livewell were about 50 fish, all just tiny, waaaaay under the limit. well, a game warden comes by and asks to see his fish. the guy has to open his livewell and shows the game warden. the game warden says "waaaaiiittt a minute, you have way too many fish and they are all way under the size limit; i'm gonna have to give you a biiigg ticket.". the fisherman says, "oh, these fish, these are all pets. they are trained fish, oh yeah, i bring them down here to the lake every day around this time for their daily swim, you know, to get some exercise and keep a healthy heart. yah, i put them in the water, let them swim around for a while and get some exercise, then I whistle and they come right back and we are ready to go home. I do it EVERY day. yep, sho do." the game warden says "no way, pet fish, i HAVE to see that." so the fisherman takes all of his undersize fish and puts them in a bag, takes them to the lake, and puts them in a water and the fish take off swimming. he waits a few minutes and the game warden says, "O.K. let me see you whistle and get those fish back here." The fisherman says, "What fish?" !! mark
