jdk4174 Member J Joined: Jul 2004 Posts: 27 NE Texas	Another quick question....I'm looking online at some different properties, and many of them say "Sandy Loam Soil". Is this something to shy away from? I'm assuming they put that there because of agricultural reasons, but I'm not sure.
