I wonder how I could get a treble hook attached to one of those balls! That fish was big!

OK Pottsy, I saw the story thru e-mail, but you're 1 up on me...How did you post the pics ? There was a recent thread on ponds and sizes, was wondering if we could start one up with pics ? You're the LEADER ! How does it feel to get elected ? Pottsy...Pottsy...Pottsy ! LOL

Pottsy, Eastland has a point. I will post my project's progression if I new how to put the pics into the thread. Saw an old thread about size of ponds the other day and thought this would be neat......Long time no hear you must have been on that polar bear hunt in your backyard in Northern Ottawa not far from Siberia I'm told...HA!HA!

Hi in order to post pics you have to have a place to store them. I get 50 meg from my ISP but there are others that you can use like photobucket. Go to the FAQ section on this board and then the section "Using HTML and/or UBB code". Click on the link "listed here" in the FAQ. After that it is pretty easy. We use UBB code here on this board.

Eastland, Rowly... Bob is on the mark with a picture hosting service like photobucket. Which is in fact what I used to host these. Check out the FAQ or it is easy enough just to go to photobucket , create an account and then upload your pictures to their server. Then there is a button on their webpage that allows you to see the URL that you must cut and paste into your message in order to display photo's in the message body. Once you know the URL your picture(s) is available under you click on the 'Image' button that you see when you are creating your message and type or 'paste' this URL when prompted. The URL will look something like this: http://img78.photobucket.com/albums/v313/1pottsy1/ATT00061.jpg Rowly, I check in once and a while... notice you weren't posting much either for a while? BTW-Polar bears make nice car seats covers. If you guys have trouble let me know, I can always get you set up.

Great info guys...I appreciate it and will start a pond pic thread soon ! I hope you don't mind it if I borrow the instructions. I will continue trying, first attempt : Photobucket is experiencing rapid growth and is limiting new users at this time. Please come back soon. LOL, that's why they call it fishing right ?

Bob and Pottsy....thanks for the info. I will try soon once I get the next stage of the project done. Yes I've been busy working around the lake, my back is getting sore, my 2 boys are tired and my wife still loves me.......BUT I still have the drive to succeed with a little time to view this fine forum. Pottsy, what have you been up too????
