Hi,
Im moving to Arkansas and have property I am looking at. We want to find someone that can give us some advice on whether we can build a pond using a spring or well to keep it filled and if so where on the property. I'm having a really difficult time finding lake contractors there. Can anyone give me any advice. It will be in the Harrison area.

The magazine side of this forum has a resource guide with lists of Pond Boss approved contractors. Call the office and see if you can get a copy. Think about a subscription too, the magazine is out of this world.

Be absolutely certain that you have enough clay on site to hold water. Also, need a watershed that can support the size pond you want. Once you have those two, you (or an expert) can usually find a way to make it work.
