OP Lake Vilbig - Al Kohutek Lunker L Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 90 Whitney, Texas	I caught several nice crappie the other day and most had eggs that looked to be deteriorating. Do we have a spawning issue among our fish? What would prevent them from laying their eggs? Al Kohutek

Since the crappie already exist in the lake, it should not be due to lack of spawning substrates and obviously ther are males present so it is not due to lack of partners. aka Pond Doctor & Dr. Perca Read Pond Boss Magazine - America's Journal of Pond Management
