green head, sounds to me like you need to do this kind of work on the side or as a hobby :p ....Find some real work for a living, there aint no money in this...Shoot man, go into realestate and help people find land with a lake sight, and help them build a lake. There are a TON of people who need help in this area..just read the post on 100 acre lake and you will see what I mean...
