1,000 per acre? Lets see, if he charges $75 per hour, then he says it takes him 13.33 hours to do what ever you want done per acre. Sounds like he thinks he's found a damn fool. Get other bids. This guy wants you to buy him a dozer. I'd have to also ask what kind of machine he is using.
