Everyone asks why I don't butcher them anymore. I tell them they are welcome too. I can only eat so much pork, and commercial pork is so cheap and the hams are so big and sweet!
I started out skinning them out. That got old fast and the freezer got full just as fast. Then I started plucking hams/shoulders with a DeWalt saws-all - talk about fast!
Now, they are good Coyote and cow chasing, chicken killing, goose egg robbing dog bait.
