D.Miller, What kind of "algae eaters" did you stock? Also what type algae do they eat? I have a new pond and this spring I noticed green algae, not real bad but I would like to be rid of it the safest way possible. Have considered tilapia but there seems to be controversy over their presence.
Kinda scary using Cutrine or similar chemical. Don't want to hurt any fish.
Input from someone on the use of tilapia or some other "algae eater" would be helpful.
