I ran the test as suggested by Bill C, above, and my calculations indicate that I need another half-ton of lime. I decided that seeing as I've already put in a half-ton of pelletized lime, this half-ton won't be pelletized. I'm hoping that this will take care of the water before settling to the bottom. I'll be adding it this weekend.
