ONce my pond is dug, which will be in about a week, should i put the structures in now or wait for a certain time? The pond is completely dry right now.

Put the structure in before your pond begins filling with water. It's very easy to work in a dry pond; very hard to install structure in a wet one.

My pond is only .25-.35 acres. How much brush/structers do i fill the pond with?

I had a new pond that size a couple of years ago and I tied a couple of 8'cedar together with concrete blocks for weights on two opposite sides of the pond. Then I tied two wooden pallets together and weighted them in the shallow water for the fathead minnows. This seemed like a resonable approach to me.
