Good things come to those who wait - Chicago deep dish pizza takes about 45 minutes to make, and they don't make it until you order it. I have a gluten allergy, recently discovered, so it's been a while since I had a deep dish pie - but they are awesome and very filling!!! If you haven't had a chance to try it out - highly recommend giving it a try!
