Stocking recommendations for a kid friendly pond, not necessarily trophy but easier catch rates and a bit of a put and take to avoid hook shy fish:

I think you could do the following:
25-50 SMB
20-40 HSB
250-500 HBG
100-175 RES
150-250 YP

I am trying for all pellet trained fish ( And will feed 2-3x day ) and will start aeration in the next year or so. I plan on stocking all species at 4-12 inch range depending on species and availability. I will ladder stock depending on harvest and fishing pressure. You could probably go a lot of different ways if you plan to ladder stock and depending on fishing pressure etc...
