what coolwater species are you looking for (walleye, yellow perch, smallmouth bass)? You aren't exactly in a part of the country that is condusive to coolwater species. Seems to me you get mighty hot in the summer down there.
If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.
