Mark,
As Ted says your power does not have to be close to the pond. You can run airlines quite far.
You can also rent a trencher and purchase the wiring at a builder's supply store for power to the pond. Just find someone that has the knowledge to hook it up to your power supply at the house and a some conduent and a outdoor plug in at the end. It's really not that difficult. My dad hooked mine up as he is retired from the telephone company.
If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.

Mark, Cecil is correct. And yes I do sell the Vertex product line. I offer conversion kits for the airstones or any other diffuser supplied with a windmill. I do not sell windmills even though I own one.I have had many conversations with Koenders concerning their product as it does have some fit some of the time. I see it used too often where it does not fit however. I do a lot of my own research and believe that if I am going to comment on a product I want first hand knowledge of it.I also have Ecologic rubber membrane diffusers and AES Great lakes airsones and several others. My current website that is being constructed has all of these comparisons on and should be up and operational "soon" I hope. How close is your electric service at present? If your looking for any specific pricing etc feel free to mail me at talea@thewavz.com as I realize my posts are too "spam" related at times and I apologize for that.Ted

New model twin diaphragm windmills are out for 2004. They produce twice the air volume (3cfm at 9mph) as the older single diaphragm models. Twin models cost more but produce more air. Check them out before buying any windmill.
