Good question. First up north it may be a little different as BG tend to stunt more up north. That figure assumes stocker sized fish (2-4 in) not advanced size fish. First the number was my error. Standard numbers were for many years 10 to 1 BG (1000 BG and 100 LMB) Newer info suggests 30 to 1 ( not 300 to 1).Per acre it means 3000 BG and 100 LMB. I think a better number is 2000 BG and 50 LMB per acre in southern ponds. Up north a better number may be 1500 to 75. Stocked at the same time in your location. My 2 cents.
