Directions from DFW area are sent with address and picture.
So far the list for stuff is as followed:
We will be getting BBQ and sides from local BBQ place.
We have silverware and plates.
Chris Steelman in bringing some water and soda.
Anthropic and his wife are bringing a desert.
We still need some chips, more water and soda, other deserts. Other food you would like to share.
Anyone with another canopy that can bring it would be helpful. Remember to please bring a chair or two if you have them. We only have around 10 chairs. Also, if some one has a folding table that they can bring, lunch will be easier to disk out.

Carolynn will make what she calls Texas cocoa cake. We will also bring a bag of chips and some regular and unleaded soda.

Food: We are going to get the BBQ from the same local place as the last time. Drinks, chips, small snacks and deserts are the other staples we will need. We have paper plates and plasticware for all.
It is time to get specific. Are there any special requests like Red Diamond Tea?
I can bring several cases of water and soft drinks. I heard that you are bringing Optimal too.

We can bring folding tables. I still have a few left over from backyard cage matches.
Also, I'll be bringing 8 gallons of liquid pond fertilizer, and a tub-O-worms. If anyone wants any or all of this stuff, they're welcome to it. I'm paring down a little.

Okay, Tbar and Tracy are bringing more Tea, that works. John is bringing some desert and chips, thanks. Mark has a canopy, thank you. Chris will be bringing some fish food and is in charge of the contest. And the most unexpected turn of events, Allen has ended his cage match days and will be bringing a folding table or two, I sure hope he cleaned them first

At this point, the BBQ, potato salad, beans, and coleslaw has ordered and should be ready at 11AM. The drinks and snacks seem to be in order as well. We have two pop ups and several tables. I think we are in business!
