Well it's been 6 years and I never have had that issue but I guess it could always happen... My food stays quite dry and I have never had clump issues on my plate? Like I said just another option for some who don't have the spare 700 plus bucks to feed fish. Plus I am not really worried about
consistent amounts of feed thrown each time as long as it throws I'm good. smile
