Here is the blocking net set up I used for SMB years ago at my dad's old pond. I zip tied the netting to the bottom of the fence posts before pounding them into the pond bottom. It made the netting tight against the bottom and did not let any fish in or out. I also zip tied the top of the net above the water to make jumping the net difficult.
