I found one of these at my local tackle shop, and they are a pretty cool pond addition for $2. Found them by the dozen on eBay for less than $1. I used fishing line for a tether and duck taped a big washer to the bottom to keep it upright. Would also make a great bobber for anyone with poor eyesight.
