Do you keep any RES? Just curious. I've not kept any of mine, but they are still pretty small. 3-4" stockers in the pond for 16 months.
I would assume that someday I'll keep a few. Are they good eating? What's the best way to clean them?
I hope these questions aren't breaking taboo with a RES master, such as yourself. Maybe nobody, ever eats one. I have no idea.

RES, YP, GS, FHM (no longer), HBG (decreasing), SMB, and HSB (only two have been seen in 5 yrs)
I think that's about all I should put in my little pond.
