I have a low spot right behind my pond that has this plant growing very well in it. It looks like a grass, aprox 12-16 inches tall, the flower/stem is close to 24 inch tall. Looks like it gets fairly thick with multiple long leaves, I would think it would be ideal for cover for small fish. Just wanted to check before I moved it and it took over lol.
I want something to give cover for forage fish to hide but nothing that will grow really thick or tall to allow for extra snake hiding areas since my little girl and my small dog walk around it with me.
