Pond Boss Forums INTRO Questions & Observations 55 Acre Lake Renovation Pics.......finally.

My question is how did you get the developer to pay for changes. I rarely come across a developement that has any planning involved for the pond or lake on the property. Most of them are only concerned about having waterfront property available.
