I am piecing together a system that will have a manifold that will support 4 dual head stations. Where can someone get the manifold and the PSI gauge and air filter for a decent price? Any good weighted hose deals lurking around?

My first ugly DIY system simply used 1/2" PVC ball valves connected to the pressure pump outlet as a "manifold". I think Bill Cody can help you out with a quality liquid filled pressure gauge and even a pressure pop-off valve.

As for a filter, I used 18 gauge steel plate 5/16"x1/4" mnpt hose nipple, 1/4" all thread, a wing nut and 2 nuts and an automotive air filter. I used the plate to make a base and top, drilled holes in the center to attach the all thread to clamp them onto a automotive filter and then drilled and tapped a 1/4" pipe thread hole on the inside of the filter, then connected it to the pump intake.....ugly, but never needed a filter change in 5+years of use.

The only difference between a rut and a Grave is the depth. So get up get out of that rut and get moving!! Time to work!!

I got my manifold from Lowes. I think it is actually a manifold used for gas. I am trying to attach a pic. The best price I found on weighted line was from Natural Waterscapes which had free shipping.

I built my own manifold, gluing PVC T's, PVC valve to balance pressures, etc. I got pressure gauge and relief valve from McMaster-Carr. I got an airline filter/water separator from them too, but decided I didn't like the 3 psi loss even though I oversized. Weighted hose from Hoosier Pond Pro smile

OK thanks guys. How much did you spend LB63 on the manifold? That looks just like what I want.

I think it was about $18 just for the manifold. Valves and fittings were extra.
