Without certainty, the only real way to get an estimate of what is left in your pond would be to electroshock and see what comes up. Even then, this would only be an estimate i believe but could give you a better idea what amount to add.
It's unfortunate when we get rain like that and it washes away hard work. Hope your pond is doing okay, other than losing fish!
