Okay. It's that time of year again, and I know I probably should've been doing this throughout, but life's been crazy. LOL
Here's my issue. I'm trying to adjust my population and need some help. Last summer, I added 25 CC, 3 Carp & FHM to my previously stocked pond. Previous owner had HBG, GSF, LMB in there. Obvious that bass aren't that big, 2# has been the biggest caught.
My question is that I want to begin to remove fish from the pond. I'd like to get the GSF & HBG gone. However, I know that is easier said than done. I'd like the pond to be home to Black Crappie, CC, & LMB? Any suggestions of what I should be trying to remove when I begin to catch fish? Do I remove the smaller LMB or keep them? I'm assuming that I keep all BG that is caught. I know that this will be difficult, but having a couple of younger offspring sure will help catching them. LOL
Thank you for your ideas and thoughts.
