Yes Cecil you are correct. That is precisely why when one is sexing BG they need to pay close attention to details of the fish they are catching from THAT water body and not rely on specific info learned from another water body. BG stains and appearance can vary noticeably from lake to lake, pond to pond, or pond to lake. Nature is amazing how it can change and adjust from place to place DEPENDING on conditions.
