We thought long and hard about Innsbrook, but ended up buying property up by Mark Twain. Much longer drive, but I'm somewhat of a loner.. So it's right for me.
I have ridden my motorcycle many times along Charette Creek Rd, through the creek in many places. It comes out near Insbrook. It sure looks pretty in there. Lots of mature timber.
Some of the wiser folks here also do some consulting work. You might approach the board out there about having a consultant come in and put together a plan for a few of the lakes. Just a thought..
