James, nobody I can specifically recommend, but I googled several places in the DFW area that advertise weekly deliveries of live crawfish from Louisiana. I'm guessing red swamps.

I'm still trying to get a sustainable population here at our place, but have yet to see any in my LMB's stomach contents. Several friends have them in clear water ponds, and their LMB do seem to actively target them though.
