Speaking of buying Optimal, is anyone familiar with the website Optimal Fish Food dot com. I ordered a bag over 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive anything. I did get an email confirming my order but nothing has been delivered. I went back to the site, but theres no phone # listed there. I found two emails and sent inquiry last week and have had no response. Starting to wonder if this is a real site or if I've been had. Thought I'd ask here before escalating the issue through PayPal. Has anyone done business with them?
