I respectively disagree snrub. I have been in the trenches and seen both sides of these kinds of issues as past president of our state aquaculture associate. ( in regards to water ownership)

Does the gov get carried away and make stupid decisions that can make things worse? You bet! But at the same time I've seen folks jump to conclusions that are not based on the facts and believing what they want to believe.

Sometimes the truth is somewhere in the middle. Sometimes you have to make sure your sources are not biased and reved up to make a story.

As far as GW I'm not touching that here. It's become a wedge issue and no ones changing anyone's mind. Arguing is futile.
