Stratus 1/2 hp rocking piston pump.
I have seen this pump for a reasonable price on many websites and it is advertised as made in America.

That is the exact pump I run in my pond. It will pump and run two disks at 14 feet easy. I have one at 16 and one at 12 feet in a one acre pond. Both are set in the deepest parts of the pond. More than enough movement as we can watch the current in the pond when running.
