Pond Boss Forums GENERAL QUESTIONS Pond Boss It's officially winter....right?

Pond is covered in gin clear ice. I don't know how thick it is but I just watched 2 foxes run across it in the light from the pump house floodlight. Sleet, rain and/or snow supposed to start tomorrow night and run thru the weekend. I don't think we are supposed to get that much total though. Temps near zero next week. I fired up the tractor today and moved firewood from a drying rack to the 1/3 cord capacity box in the garage. Have another half cord left in the rack under the roof on the deck. We don't heat with wood but I love a good fire in the fireplace when the weather is bad. I work from home so let it come!
