Pat, I'm thinking out loud here so I might show a bit of my DA. If you are catching and killing the smaller lmb, what about cleaning them, dehydrating them or freezing them till you get a large number of them, Just two per day would be 60 per month and so when you have the time, you might add them to a grinder and then have a fish food to feed your BC's. I think I remember you having a few of those in the pond, but memory is not my best attribute. Might be to much work for little food but what the heck. Retired, you may or may not have time on your hand.
