The barge could be a mangled wreck of plastic and iron if it were bouncing around the piers today. Last week was really nasty with storm force winds and occasional waves to 25'. There was a lakeshore flood warning due to the waves pounding, and was easy to see the water rise significantly inland, then it petered out.
