Dinsmoreoutdoors, Excel and a calendar are all I use. Excel can keep track of all the numbers, and the calendar saves historical data. Fish stockings, electroshocking, first freezes, etc. It make is easy to go back and see what happened when. If Google Docs is still out there, that might work well as an online alternative.
