OK, so my first year of being a pond owner is just about over. The pond is frozen with about two feet of snow on top of it. First , I'd like to thank everybody that has anything to do with this board for all the information that they've shared. I didn't post much, but I did read and learn quite a bit. This winter will be spent reading some of Bob's books that were found under the Christmas tree. This year was spent trying to evaluate what fish were in the ponds( it was tough ,but someone had to do it!). I also stocked quite a few bluegills (adult and juveniles), and turned the smallest pond into a fathead breeding pool. The bass seemed to be growing nicely by the end of the year. Next year will be spent carefully logging all fish caught to see what else might need to be done. I can't finance
everything everything that's recommended, but I think I'm off to a pretty decent start. Again, I just wanted to thank everybody for all the information, and let you know what a great experience being an amature pondmiester has been for a New York City boy. I hope everyone has a happy and healthy NEW YEAR!

PS Is there a way to order a PondBoss subscription online? That didn't come under the tree.
