Cav, I spent in excess of $1,000.00 for plants and after a poor return on my investment I have only 3 plants that have grown from that planting. My next planting will be from the plants I pick up from a lake close by. My Louisiana Iris and Blue Flag Iris have done pretty good but I got those from a different supplier. You might make a trip to a local lake and see what is there for the picking after you decide what you might want to look for. Just suggesting
